Networking errors due to incident with Google Cloud Networking

Between approximately 8:40AM and 9:00AM (PDT), we saw evidence of extremely high request latency, dropped packets, and network disconnections for some users. Following an investigation, this is believed to be related to an incident at Google Cloud that was effecting networking the US-east-4 region. Affected users have reported resolution, though we are continuing to monitor the situation.
